Customer Service Representatives

We are seeking vibrant and friendly Customer Service Representatives to join our client's contact centre team in Banbury.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

*Be the first point of contact for customers
*Assist customers over telephone, email, and live chat
*Respond to customer requests
*Understand your customers requirements
*Manage on-line loan applications
*Carry out eligibility checks
*Meet targets for accuracy, quality, volume and agreed service levels

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

*Exceptional customer service skills
*Excellent communication skills, speaking and listening
*A background in customer service
*Attention to detail
*Reliability and patience
*Polite and confident telephone manner

Shifts are rotated between 8:00-16:30 and 10:30-19:00 Monday to Friday and you will also be required to work every other Saturday 9:00-17:00 / 11:30-20:00.
