Why apply for this role?
As our security engineering team is expanding, we're now seeking an engineer expert to join us.
You'll focus your energies on helping to improve the security of our CI pipelines, develop new security tools, and provide expert advice on how we deliver secure software.
And it's not just the variety of this role. You'll be part of a great team too.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting the creation of a new Threat Modelling and OWASP ASVS facilitation service that can be used by product teams
- Developing novel security applications that can either be deployed in the pipeline or will help development teams to build secure software
- Developing and maintaining DevSecOps pipelines
- Supporting the development and integration of application security and providing security expertise to product teams
- Providing expertise on the security of images and containers
- Providing expertise on secure development in a cloud environment
What we're looking for
- Desire to learn and go into depth within subjects
- Knowledge of DevSecOps pipelines
- Some knowledge of Python development
- Interest and drive to understand the cutting-edge of application security
- Knowledge of the software development cycle and how security can be automated
- Strong ability to influence and communicate security with both technical and non-technical staff

Given the recent impact of the Coronavirus outbreak we will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible.
