Project Operations Manager
We are working with a leading private care provider that operate a range of care services, incorporating a portfolio of care homes and services across Greater London and the South East and who specialise in providing high quality care in people's lives. They are working hard to continually improve and grow their services and are therefore looking for an experienced Project Operations Manager. You will assist with a variety of projects spanning different remits in ensuring that the coordination of resources, equipment, meetings and information is shared consistently.
Key Features of Role
You will be managing, delivering, and implementing a wide variety of projects and business functions, such as:
- New home openings and service launches
- HR & Operational systems and process changes
- Integration of service and workflows from exiting providers and on-streaming into operation
- Third Party supplier management such as Property Management/Facilities
- Configuration and equipping of new properties to prepare for optimum service delivery
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours and budgets
- Organising, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings
- Ensuring project deadlines are met and determining project changes.
- Working with management to develop project strategies and undertaking project tasks
- Assessing project risks and developing solutions as appropriate.
- Chairing and facilitating meetings where appropriate and updating all project team members.

- Ideally you'll have working knowledge of quality and regulatory compliance as it relates to elderly care and supported housing provision
- You'll also be a highly effective communicator; you will know how to exploit available technology and tools to ensure team members get the right knowledge and information about the right things at the right time
- Experienced in Operations and Project Management (ideally within a Social Care setting)
- Project Management qualification (ideally Prince, Agile or be MBA qualified)
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team and influence at all levels
- A high degree of competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and in Digital technologies more broadly
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
The salary for this role is dependant upon skills/experience, with the upper range being offered for experienced Operations/Project manager's who come from a Social Care setting.
