DevOps Engineer | Bath plus remote | AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform | Up to GBP50k

Are you a DevOps Engineer with at least a year's commercial experience? Would you like to work in a fun, creative and supportive environment within a talented team? Do you get excited about using the very latest technology to turn innovative ideas into cutting edge software?

I am working with a fantastic company in Bath to find a motivated and ambitious DevOps Engineer. This role is perfect for someone who is at the early or mid-stages of their career as a DevOps Engineer and is looking to continue to build out their skillset.

You will be involved in managing and evolving their tech platform across all of their projects. There will be plenty of variety, and lots of opportunity to learn and share your knowledge and skills with others, whether that's through workshops, or day-to-day collaboration.

They would be looking for a few of the following:

Platform and Cloud infrastructure skills plus an interest in learning as tech evolves.
Familiarity with Kubernetesecosystem
Knowledge of monitoring solutions (Grafana, Prometheus).
Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platformor Azure.
Experience with Infrastructure as code, including Terraform
CI/CD tools and best practisesEven if you don't quite tick all the boxes, don't let that put you off applying. They want to know about challenging and exciting projects you've already delivered, demonstrating a passion for tech and your desire to continue to grow as a DevOps Engineer. If you want to really impress, tell them about some new technology you've seen or used that you think could be of benefit to them. They are all about emerging technologies and learning all the time.

If you'd enjoy working in a forward thinking and progressive company, get in touch. They are growing a diverse team, and offer a very flexible working environment. Fully remote at the moment, with plenty of options for a home/work split when everything returns to normal.

About them.

The best bit about them is their amazing team. They have been around for over 10 years and built a reputation for quality and innovation which is second to none. The directors of the business have considerable tech and consultancy experience and still own 100% of the company. They have been consistently profitable and have grown responsibly from day one, with no money spent on advertising and all clients coming to us by word of mouth.

They are based in the centre of Bath and are a big part of the brilliant Bath and Bristol community around us. They run a number of meetups and are active sponsors of local organisations and events.

You'll be well fed (when allowed again, they get together for a team breakfast every Friday), enjoy flexible holiday (they focus on what people get done, not how many hours or days you work), and be invited to numerous other team events (from BBQs to poker nights).

Hit apply for immediate consideration or please contact Alex on (phone number removed)
