Part Time Customer Service Administrator - Stonehouse

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an award winning, growing company based in Stonehouse.

Salary: GBP8.89 per hour
Hours: This position is 24 hrs a week- 3 days a week across any 7 days of the week (There would be a 2 week rotating rota in place). It is essential for the successful candidate to be able to work weekends and bank holidays.

Your daily tasks are likely to include:

Handling customer enquiries (face to face, on the telephone and via email) with an aim of selling the company's products and services

*

Consulting with customers on their needs and the company's ability to provide solutions

*

Delivering exceptional customer service to customers

*

Entering customer information on the database

*

Plan, maintain and improve site standards

*

Developing your experience of stock control and merchandise management

*

Developing your experience dealing with debt management

*

General housekeeping and maintenance of the site

The ideal candidate will:

*

Have face to face customer service experience

*

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

*

Have the ability to effectively use the full Microsoft office suite (especially Excel and Outlook)

*

Have a 'can do' attitude and willingness to contribute to a team

*

Have experience selling products and/or services, preferably on a consultative basis

*

Have a Full UK Driving Licence
