Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to join in an exciting period of growth for the business as the continue to be winning contracts in the social housing and commercial sectors
* Work closely with the Director to oversee growth
* Manage the projects team - circa 10 people including Project Managers, Site Managers and admin
* Set and manage KPI's
* Close contact with clients to ensure continuous satisfaction
* Recruitment and training
Key Attributes:
* Minimum 2 years' experience within an Operations Manager or similar role within the social housing environment (compliance, Planned works)
* Excellent leadership & management skills
* Experience managing both service and project teams
* Experience working with major accounts and managing projects
* Commutable to Dartford
* The desire to work hard and grow within a role
