Our client based in the legal sector is looking for an innovative and pragmatic individual with a passion for guiding people to success to join their brilliant team.

Although predominantly based in the Stratford upon Avon head office, your role will entail you travelling to the company's other branches in Birmingham, Henley in Arden and Cheltenham, meaning that a driving licence is essential for this role.

Working alongside lawyers and supporting members of staff, your duty will be to coach, lead and inspire the team to help achieve their work place goals and guide them along their career path.

Duties include:

• Developing and managing the onboarding and induction programme across the firm

• Guiding and coaching all trainees within the firm

• Working on any inhouse training needs for all members of staff

• Overseeing the appraisal programme and enhancing development plans for individuals

• Devising skills matrixes and creating teamwide development plans

• Exploring different ways of learning and training

• Managing external courses and apprenticeships

The ideal candidate is a great communicator, passionate and has a background in learning and development. If you've worked in the professional services industry in the past, this would be a great opportunity for you.

Full time vacancy, Monday - Friday 9 - 5:30

May be working from home opportunity depending on the outcome of lockdown.

Pay depending on experience.

First interviews with the company will be conducted via Zoom, followed by second interview in person.
