Part-Time (20 to 30 hours per week) no set days so can be across 3/4/5 days

Gap Professional are recruiting for a family owned Business who supply a wide range of Agricultural, Construction and Ground care machinery via their 18 country stores across East Anglia, and we currently have a new opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join the Service team at the Littleport, Cambridgeshire branch.

Due to the location, you will need to have your own transport

Duties for the Administrator position include:
• Administration support to Service Manager
• Answer department telephones and dealing with customer queries and booking in service/repairs
• Maintain effective and accurate communication between customers and technicians in relation to the repair and maintenance of Agricultural, Construction and Ground care machinery.
• Assist with reports, raising of job cards, completion of job cards and invoicing

Skills Required for the Administrator Position Include:
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal diplomatically with customers and colleagues in a polite and professional manner
• Strong customer service and administration skills
• Organized with the ability to multitask efficiently
• Have a flexible and approachable manner
• Knowledge of Microsoft office include Word and Excel
• Accuracy with numbers and handling of cash
• Good keyboard skills

Hours:
• Client is totally flexible, and the hours can be between 20 to 30 per week however you would choose to work them.
