We are looking for someone to join our team in Ryedale as a People and Culture Assistant, situated at our service in Pickering.
Joining our People and Culture admin team, you will support our managers from recruitment to people leaving us and everything in-between. You will have strong administration and you will be confident in your communication. You will be required to use our recruitment and employee databases so you must be confident using different types of I.T.
You will need to be an organised and effective communicator who always demonstrates high standards. You will be required to use your initiative and maintain confidentiality at all times. Our team is full of friendly and hard working staff who provide each other with lots of support.
