You will be responsible for the invigilation of exams and the efficient delivery of tests to candidates, ensuring that relevant procedures and guidelines are adhered to at all times. It is essential that you have a flexible approach to working hours and arrangements to meet the demands of our customers.
Key accountabilities will include:
• Invigilation of exams and efficient delivery of tests to candidates
• Conducting visual security and identity checks on candidates
• Providing the highest levels of customer service at all times
• Ensuring that candidate needs are met with understanding and respect
• Performing test centre opening and closing procedures
• Ensuring equipment and workstations are properly set up
• Dealing with candidates sign in as required, and ensuring the test process is clearly explained to candidates, and proving test results to candidates as needed
Person specification:
Experience of a customer facing role, ideally from a testing environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
An ability to work under pressure and sometimes deal with difficult situations
Strong attention to detail
Excellent administrative skills
Commitment to the role and ability to work alone with guidance from your line manager as required
