About Cornwall Rural Housing Association
Cornwall Rural Housing Association (CRHA) is a charitable housing association and a registered society under the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014 (Registered Number: 24935R).
CRHA was formed in 1985 with the aim of building affordable homes to meet local housing needs in the rural areas of Cornwall and on the Isles of Scilly.
CRHA is run by a voluntary Board of Management comprising of people with a wide variety of experience in different fields. The Board meets approximately every two months to decide policy and monitor progress.
CRHA employs eight full-time staff – the Chief Executive, Finance Officer, Housing Officer, Maintenance Officer, Development Manager, Office Manager and 2 Clerical Officers. All staff work from our offices in Bodmin. The Chief Executive has overall responsibility for the day to day affairs of the Association.
