How do I start getting notifications?
First, you must ensure that notifications are enabled by visiting the settings tab on the app and toggling “allow notifications”. You can choose whether you want to receive notifications instantly or when 5 new job matches are available. Additionally, you can select which time of day you’d like to receive notifications.
To customise your notifications, simply go to the search tab of the app, enter your desired job title and location and then hit “search”. You'll see a button that says “save search” in the top right hand corner of the search results page - tap that to start receiving notifications.
How do I modify or delete notifications?
On the search tab select “saved searches”. Here you can view all your saved searches which trigger notifications on your mobile device. To deactivate a saved search, swipe left and select “delete”. Alternatively you can select “clear all searches” below the search list.
How do I clear my notification alerts from the app icon?
Select “saved searches” on the search tab. If you have multiple saved searches you will need to view the list associated with the notifications. If the notifications persist, make sure your search results are set to sort by “most recent” rather than “best match”. This facet can modified by selecting “refine” at the top right of the saved search results page.
