Showroom Host- Holdcroft Stoke

The showroom host is a key position within our company as first impressions count.

 to ensure they provide fantastic customer service to both new and existing customers visiting their dealership.

The successful candidate will ensure the front of house is presented to a very high standard and undertake administration work as required.

It is envisaged that the position will develop into a CRM/Social Media support role with responsibility for assisting with management of our social media channels, source and develop regular content for posting onto social media sites, coordinate and update news content for the company website, relating to social media posts and review activity, engage with users, and share best practice across the group.

If you are someone who has customer service experience in a customer facing role this could be the job for you. Good communication and IT skills and a smart appearance, are essential in this role.
