The Recruitment Process

Once you have submitted you application online with your CV, you will:

Interview - if your application is successful, a recruiter will invite you to interview. This is a chance for us to find out more about you and for you to ask questions. 

Army Officer Selection Board (AOSB) - the assessment will be in Westbury, Wiltshire and will take place in two parts: 

  • AOSB briefing - this is a 24 hour briefing where you will undertake physical and practical exercises to prepare. 
  • Main Board - over 4 days you will be assessed and interviewed with physical and written tests. 

Offer - If you have passed you will be given an employment offer. Once accepted, you'll be put on a pre-commissioning course, have a medical and be given uniform.
