Our client is looking for a candidates with sales order processing, planning, scheduling and logistics experience to take responsibility for key accounts and manage their contracts from initial order placement, through purchasing of products from third party suppliers, delivery of products to site and finally scheduling installations and engineers to complete contract requirements
Roles and Responsibilities Sales Order Management:
- Place all orders from their selected suppliers via email or web portals
- Place orders with other ad hoc Suppliers
- Raise PO’s for suppliers on internal system
- Check stocks and ETAs with Suppliers
- Liaise with suppliers regarding order queries, stock issues, PODs
- Liaise with sales department regarding sales sheet queries, stock issues
- Ensure all stock and customer network details arrive back in a timely manner.
- Update Sales team and customers with progress on orders
Logistics scheduling:
- Working with Sales teams on implementing roll out plans for installations
- Schedule installations co-ordinating internal and external resources
- Arrange suitable installation date with customer, complete site survey requirements
- Allocate logistic resource or 3rd party logistics resource
- Manage Logistics whilst on Customers site. Resolve any issues as they arise on site.
- Book 3rd party logistics online, work out costs and obtain quotes
- Book any additional training requirements
- Allocate IT and training resource, network form to be completed and distributed
- Input onto Tesseract all customer information, create call and job tickets on internal systems
Collections and Relocations:
- Receive requests directly from customer or account management
- Liaise with accounts and end of lease to see if collection is authorised and viable
- Create call on Tesseract, create job ticket through portal
- Ensure all charges are added as applicable with the job and a PO provided
- Arrange suitable collection date with customer
- Allocate logistic resource or 3rd party logistics resource
