Our client is a well -established local organisation who are seeking a talented internal sales executive to join their busy and successful team. The company offer excellent career progression for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast paced sales cycle environment. You will be involved in both customer acquisition and retention and be targeted on business introduced and revenue generated. You must be comfortable working in a CRM driven environment and must possess superb communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities by following up your introductory emails and mailers working closely with the in house marketing team.
  • Manage inbound (blended) enquiries converting enquiries to appointments for sales and survey team
  • Where appropriate close the enquiry and manage client through the sales process and thereafter- Maintain your database of prospects by regular email communication to include offers, discounts and newsletters
  • Perform effective telephone and online demonstrations.

Requirements:

  • Proven inside sales track record
  • Good communication and presentation skills, candidates must be ambitious to progress in this rapidly expanding environment.
  • Proficient with both CRM and cloud based dialler
  • Excellent written skills to accompany your verbal talents
  • Ability to multi task, prioritise and manage a pipeline of opportunities
