Our client is seeking a Part Time Project Co-ordinator to work 22 hours per week ideally over 4 or 5 days the successful candidate will ideally have property experience and have an organised and enthusiastic personality:

Duties to include:

•              Reception duties (meet and greet, make drinks for visitors)

•              PA duties (arranging meetings, travel etc. assist with personal business)

•              Support Operations Director and Asset Manager

•              Property Management (experience of AST’s, Deposit Protection Scheme, maintenance)

•              Property Market Research (obtain marketing details on sites and provide comparables)

•              General Office Admin duties (filing, post)

Person Specifics

•              Professional and of Smart Appearance

•              Minimum of 5 years office experience

•              Ability to liaise at all levels

•              Excellent computer skills

•              Ability to work as part of a team and on their own

•              Self- motivated/Proactive

•              Integrity

•              Good sense of humour
