An interesting opportunity is available within our busy information and library
department to assist in the provision of efficient, effective services to CIM
members, general enquiries from non-members, visitors and training delegates.

Key responsibility of this full-time position will include:
• undertaking enquiry work arising from telephone and e-mail requests.
• scanning newspapers, journals and internet sites for relevant items to index and
enter on database.

There is scope within the position for literacy skills in the writing of abstracts and
fact sheets.

To apply you should possess a professional qualification in Librarianship or
Information Science, and ideally have gained experience in a commercial library.
Good communication skills are essential and knowledge of indexing is desirable.
