A vacancy has arisen for a Retail Sales Support Representative to cover accounts and support the retail sales team nationwide. You will ideally be based in a central/ East Midlands location in order to cover the whole country.

JELD-WEN are committed to providing first class service to our retail customers through our successful retail sales team by merchandising products, establishing extra sales opportunities and ensuring maximum exposure of our range within the retail sector.

Reporting to the Retail National Sales Manager, the successful candidate will work closely, as part of the retail team and will be responsible for: -

• Planning a call cycle to ensure all accounts benefit from our retail sales support
• Maintaining agreed layouts, POS and promotions in each store
• Identifying and implementing extra sales opportunities
• Ensuring that store credit requests are monitored and minimised
• Ensuring all required reports are completed accurately, in full and on time
• Being available to assist on all other sales areas, as required
• Supporting the National sales management in ensuring that all sales opportunities are maximised across the whole of the retail account base

The successful candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, be highly motivated with a proactive approach. Good I.T. skills are essential. You must have a full driving licence and excellent communication skills and self-management

Skills:

Ability / Experience Required:

* You will have the ability to understand the link between production materials, production samples, prototypes and production runs.
