An opportunity has arisen for an IT Manager within one of the UK's favourite jewellery brands.

The role covers IT strategy and maintenance, supplier engagement, project management and complete company support.

The client is looking for someone with a strong technical background working across a Windows infrastructure. You will be required to look after company networks, windows servers, backups, security and compliance.

There is an ERP to support that runs the accounts and stock control, with a warehouse that can ship six millions items per year.

Supporting an Ecom web site and running a trade web site, VoIP system, reporting tools, sales team tools and tablets will all be under the remit.

A small design department requires some MAC skills.

A remote sales and merchandising team require support on laptops, tablets and sales ordering applications.

WMS and CRM are possible future projects.

This is a busy and varied role where the successful applicant will need to hit the ground running-they must be able to deal with people at all levels and have a good track record of being successful in a similar role.

Essential Skills:

Essential: Windows 2003, 2008, 2012, Exchange 2010, Warehousing, ERP, Ecomm, Trade Web Site, VOiP, Compliance, Backup, Anti Virus, VPN, MAC, tablet, printing and document management.
