Skills:

Utilise all Call Centre technologies and systems to capture and log residents issues and complaints.

Key Skills and Experience:

Experience in a similar Customer Service Advisor role and knowledge of a call centre or contact centre environment would be beneficial but not essential. IT literate - with good Microsoft office skills. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate professionally at all times. A high attention to detail and the ability to organise your workload. Able to make decisions under pressure. A minimum of 4 GSCE grade C or above (or equivalent) including English and Math. Be able to keep calm under pressure
