Our client is a family run business that has been established since 1986, they pride themselves in producing quality work at affordable prices. They have two high street showrooms in Dulwich and Bexley Heath.
They are currently recruiting self employed roofers with their own labourer, van and all tools.
All work is on a price and paid on a metre rate.
Candidates must have a good background in the roofing industry and be able to carry out all aspects of slating, tiling, lead work, flat roofs etc.
A knowledge of solar would be good but not essential as can be trained.
The work will include new roofs and repairs for both domestic and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate would:

• Been educated to HNC/Degree standard in Mechanical Engineering
• An excellent knowledge of the current Building Regulations, SAP calculations, IES calculations, together with thermal heat gains and heat losses.
• Specific knowledge of refrigeration systems and pipework, together with general heating, cooling and ventilation systems.
• Previous experience of both commercial and residential project management is needed for this role
• Obtained Chartered Engineer status with CIBSE or IMechE, or be proactively working towards chartership.
