As a Sales Surveyor / Estimator you will demonstrate the following:

- Knowledge of building construction to enable you to read drawings, take measurements and provide detailed quotations to our customers.

- You should have CSRT qualification.

- You will ensure that these take offs from drawings are accurate and quotations are of the highest specification maintaining our philosophy of quality at all times.

- Consistently deliver high standards of customer service at all times

- Create and share a vision of professionalism with the aim of taking the business forward.

The Sales Surveyor / Estimator role will deal with major residential developers, building contractors, architects, Councils, MOD Our head office is based in Salisbury however, we work across the M3 corridor spanning into North and Central London.

Contracts vary in size and scale ranging from £1000 - £200,000 and have previously included customers such as Wembley and the Olympics as well as small domestic properties.

This would be ideal for anyone involved in any kind of Home Improvement Direct Sales before that has been used to either Self Employed or Employed commission only positions. The difference here is that the company will pay a basic plus commission and provide either a car or car allowance should you want to use your own, plus travelling fuel expenses taking away the worry of fuel prices! Typical earnings for existing reps are between £1000 and £1500 per week.

Our client will supply between 2 and 4 qualified leads per day and they have an average sales conversion of 1 in 3 so fantastic earning potential. Duties will include presenting a company presentation, surveying the existing system and pricing up for a new energy efficient system to prospective customers that have enquired for a new boiler. They have a number of financial solutions for the customer including No Deposit and a Flexible Finance option to suit every budget.

Interviews will be held locally to the area and successful applicants will go through a company induction and training programme to go through the presentation and paperwork plus the company processes and procedures.

All applicants Must have Sales Experience in home improvements.

After 6 months, then this rises to £7.15 per hour provided you have completed induction training and have started your Diploma. And everyone gets the opportunity to do a full range of professional training including the Diploma in Health & Social Care.

If you are experienced (at least one year) then we will pay you £7.40 per hour, once you hold your qualification then its £7.65. At Senior Supervisor level you could receive £9.00 per hour.
