Your duties will include service administration and management - booking in customer's vehicles for repair, producing workshop job cards, updating customer's with job progress, completing all necessary paperwork relating to vehicle repairs and managing the workload for the members of workshop staff and field engineers.

Your duties relating to parts management will include dealing with customer's enquiries and their parts orders, ordering parts from suppliers and completing all required paperwork.
