Our client is an outsourced contact centre working with over 160 different clients varying from sole traders’ right through to large international companies and everything in between.

The working environment is very different to perceptions of a typical call centre. They are a team of around 20 staff working closely together in a fast paced, buzzing environment where things are changing by the hour. No two calls are the same and the variety of the role is one of the main things that staff enjoy about working there. They are looking for people who learn quickly, adapt well to change, relish a challenge and have great customer service skills. Their training will give you guidance, the computer based systems will lead you through the process, but your personality, experience and enthusiasm will be what makes the difference to the call!

Applicants will need to meet the following criteria to be considered for the position:
• The ability to fit into a team who are passionate about providing a high quality customer service experience to callers and clients
• A flexible and positive attitude to change and a challenge, as you will be working in a fast paced environment where things can change hourly and keeps things varied and interesting
• Quick thinker and learner, along with the ability to understand clients products, services and processes
• Capable of navigating multiple computer systems, good written English and numerate
• A great work ethic that demonstrates, commitment, self-motivation and reliability
Full time vacancy hours: Monday to Sunday 8-10pm variable shift patterns, but likely to be mainly office hours with occasional evenings, a weekend on (with time off during the week) and a weekend off, alternating. It is important to us that staff are flexible; as much as they plan ahead, sometimes a client will need support at the last minute and they need to know that the team will pull together and help out where needed.

They ask that all staff coming to work for them can commit (contractually) for a minimum of two years to the business. The reason for this is that due to the complex nature of the role it takes up to 6 months for someone to be fully trained, confident and competent doing the job. They will invest the time and effort into you and ask for your commitment in return for job security, personal development and the opportunity to become part of a great working team.
