About the Job - Working at our offices in Crawley, West Sussex, you will provide a holistic IT service to approximately 50 internal customers. You will provide first and second line telephone and face to face support, resolve customer queries and undertake user training, support and report writing for our ERP system. You will also support all data communications, including telephone and fax, and network printers.

About You - As IT Support Analyst you will be an adaptable team-player with a ‘can do’ attitude and excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills. You will be highly computer literate with excellent knowledge of Windows 7 and Microsoft office suite from versions [contact details removed] . You will have previous experience of supporting data communications, Active Directory Administration and knowledge of ERP packages; Knowledge of Exportmaster will be highly regarded.

Ideally you will also have previous experience of IT support in a medium sized organization and knowledge of Supply Chain/procurement processes. Knowledge of anti-virus software and back-up technologies would also be an advantage.
