Our client is enjoying significant growth and boasting a coveted portfolio of clients and are now looking for a talented individual to provide Sales and Operations support within their distribution and sales operations.

The Role:

This role provides a high level of internal administrative support and a professional office based point of contact for their customers / clients. You will support the field based sales team to prepare quotations, product information, tender documentation and responses.

You will need to be proficient in the use of Excel and be able to produce weekly and monthly sales reports. As a senior member of the team you will have accountability for the development and improvement of office procedures and processes working with the other administrators to do so.

To be successful in this role you will need to be strong willed, able to manage your own workload and remain professional when under pressure. You will need to build strong relationships and have a high attention to detail.

Duties will Include:

- Sales order processing.

- Organising delivery of products to customers.

- Purchase order processing.

- Updating delivery schedules.

- Creating and sending packing lists to customers.

- Coordinating deliveries and follow up calls to ensure goods delivered.

- Placing orders with suppliers and arranging delivery.

- Stock control.

- Communicating with customers to discuss stocking levels.

- Communicating with customers to discuss product issues and uptake.

- General administration duties to support departments within the company.

- Work closely with and support the Directors.

The Candidate:

The Skills required are:

- Microsoft Office incl Word and Excel - Must be excellent with Word and Excel.

- IT literate.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- This is a fast paced role requiring accuracy and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and telephone and customer facing skills.
