Essential Functions:

- Maintain an in-depth understanding of their consumer, their competition, and their product categories

- Define, promote, and protect their brand identities and personalities

- Analyze market research and develop marketing strategies to grow the business

- Advertising material development for Television, Print, and Online media placement

- New Product Development support: product naming, packaging design and production

- Sales pack development and delivery

- Sales material and presentation development

- Sales meeting planning and coordination

- In-store merchandising and promotion management, in cooperation with Sales Reps

- Website management

- Running Adwords PPC & Remarketing Campaigns

- Developing landing pages and strategies to further drive sales

- E-mail and Online marketing efforts

- Direct and deliver multiple, concurrent projects

- Manage Marketing Assistants and Graphics team

- Other duties as assigned

Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; copywriting experience preferred

- Excellent organisational and planning skills

- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in consumer marketing

- Bachelor's Degree

- A complete understanding and usage of Microsoft Office Suite

Typical earnings for existing reps are between £1,000 and £1,500 per week.

Our client will supply between 2 and 4 qualified leads per day and they have an average sales conversion of 1 in 3 so fantastic earning potential. Duties will include presenting a company presentation, surveying the existing system and pricing up for a new energy efficient system to prospective customers that have enquired for a new boiler. They have a number of financial solutions for the customer including No Deposit and a Flexible Finance option to suit every budget.

Interviews will be held locally to the area and successful applicants will go through a company induction and training programme to go through the presentation and paperwork plus the company processes and procedures.

All applicants Must have Sales Experience in home improvements.
