- Be immediately available.

As a result, the tasks will include, but not limited to;

- Preparing the company’s financial statements from start to draft Annual Accounts within finance law, regulatory and VAT requirements.
- Producing monthly management summaries of companies balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow statements and other ad hoc reports.
- Invoicing (including rechargeable expenses) and credit control of revenue streams.
- Controlling and reconciling inter-company transactions.
- Collating and submitting payroll,
- Ensuring regular bank reconciliations, managing relationships with suppliers, and the production and submission of quarterly VAT statements.
- Payment of fund investment and expenses, ensuring partnership accounts reconciled and cash-flow managed.
- Reporting as required to fund investors.
- Preparation of investor documentation ensuring process implemented and regulatory compliance requirements met.
- Maintaining and filing of all financial books and legal records both company and investor related.

The role will provide the successful candidate with access to high nett worth stakeholders and they will subsequently need to possess excellent communication, I.T. and analytical skills.

Further, you will be a fully qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA) with a minimum of two years’ experience solely managing the financial operations in a commercial and entrepreneurial environment; being fully conversant with up-to-date UK accounting principles and prepared to take ownership of the company’s finances from the daily reconciliations to draft annual accounts.

In addition, preference will be given to candidates with fund administration experience; having demonstrable experience in implementing processes and coordinating both internal and external investor documentation.
