Our client is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to provide clerical and administrative

In your role you will need to have a methodical approach to provide a seamless efficient service, you will acknowledge and distribute internal and external post and deal with confidential information professionally. As a Customer Services Assistant you will be Proactive and attentive dealing with general daily issues in the office and assist with customer consultative exercises. You will also undertake both computerised and manual tasks association with the creation and termination of tenancies.
Other duties will include administrative tasks including booking appointments, preparing viewing packs, signing-up new tenancies, raising day-of-let repairs, and using the in-house computer system. You will also prepare letters and update spreadsheets with relevant monitoring information.
The successful candidate will have a minimum C grade GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths, you will have exceptional communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service. You will also have strong IT skills along with the ability to record and deliver information by telephone and face to face in an assertive, polite and tactful manner. Previous experience of working in a social housing organisation or customer focused environment will be an advantage.
