- Degree or HND in an Electronics discipline with relevant experience (5-10 years)
- Experience in an electronic manufacturing environment
- Top level in design and architecture
- Experience in high frequency, low noise, wide bandwidth design and low level signals focussed on improving s/n ratio
- Knowledge of PCB Layout for reduction of RFI/EMI
- High voltage linear and switching design and power transients
- Knowledge of Op-amp and transistor level design
- Analysis/simulation using Pspice
- Organizational Skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, but also sensitive to team dynamics/goals.
- Knowledge of designing components for NDT inspection applications (Desirable)
- Familiarity/Competency with Microsoft Office tools
- Written and Oral Communication Skills.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Co ordinate design concepts with designers , architects, customers, subcontractors and other personnel
2. Produce drawings to an appropriate level of detail, and in a variety of formats ie 3D and sketching.
3. Ensure drawings produced are cost efficient.
4. Produce job costing and other associated calculations and paperwork
5. Liaise with the purchasing department with regards to ordering materials.
6. Produce programming data and input into the relevant machinery
7. Ensure that all administration function associated with the role are conducted in an organized and timely manner.
8. Adhere and consider all Health and Safety policies and regulations.
9. Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum of 2 years practical joinery knowledge
2. Knowledge of pre assembly techniques
3. Good written and verbal skills
4. Excellent customer service skills
5. Positive friendly personality with the a positive and proactive attitude to work
6. Ability to work within a team.
7. Commercially aware
8. Proven ability to operate Autocad to a high level
WORKING CONDITIONS
Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing facility. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work.

Salary is circa £25k depending on experience
