The ROLE
The successful Customer Services Team Leader candidate will be required to do the following:
• Oversee induction and training of new Customer Service Agent’s ensuring training needs are met and records updated
• Responsible for managing a number of customer accounts in conjunction with Team Leader duties
• Responsible for delivering annual Personal Development Plans for team members including training plans for internal and external development
• Handle capacity issues and collate data for the deputy Customer Services Manager
• Communicate information and provide regular updates on customer launches and new lines
• Responsible for organising cross training within the team and across the team with other Team Leaders
• Energise, encourage and motivate team members to work to their full potential
• Participate in the interview process for new team members, at second interview stage
• Participate in the weekly rota to cover the on call telephone and laptop in the evenings and weekends
• Responsible for arranging cover for Bank Holidays & Christmas.
• Assess work load of CSA’s within the pod and distribution of new business within the team
• Involvement in weekly Team Leader meetings
• Projects to be worked through from Customer Services Manager and Deputy
• Encourage telephone communication to compliment email communication with customers

Machine Minder (Competitive Salary) is urgently needed for one of the UK’s biggest producers of quality snack products at their site based in Corby, Northants to assume the responsibility for the safe, efficient and quality operation of the factory’s machinery, whilst ensuring all products are produced in line with both company and customer requirements.

The ideal Machine Minder will possess; the desire and ability to take responsibility,  a hands-on attitude and ‘no problem’ approach, a driven and positive mind with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy.

Essential task and duties of the Machine Minder include:-
- Ensures all Health, Safety & Hygiene procedures are followed
- Ensures all Food Safety procedures are followed, with a responsibility for communicating appropriately (across hierarchy and functions) on food safety issues
- Understands and completes relevant documentation ensuring that packing and/or processing paperwork is accurately completed in a timely manner
- Monitors the quality of the product and carries out quality checks
- Operates all functions of packing & Processing equipment, including start-ups and shut downs of equipment, set up labels and correct coding for in packing, optimises all machines in the packing hall, troubleshoot & can identify issues with the equipment and adjust settings accordingly
- Obtains required information for packing product, with an understanding of production plans, product codes and the Julian calendar
- Makes sure sufficient stock is available for continuous running of equipment,requesting required stock such as film and box’s in a timely manner to eradicate downtime

Knowledge and skills the Machine Minder should have include:- 
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Accuracy, with good eye for detail and able to spot errors quickly
- Positive and "can do" approach
- Flexible when required to support the business needs
- Analytical problem solving and the ability to work well under pressure alone or as part of a team
- Experience of working in a fast paced manufacturing environment

Hours of work for the Machine Minder position are 12 hour day/nights, continetal shioft patterns. Please also note that this is a 12 month fixed term contract.
