Essential requirements and responsibilities:-

·Must have proven experience, in outbound telesales, or appointment making

·Must be SELF DRIVEN, MOTIVATED and keen to EXCEED targets

·A polite telephone manner is a must, along with the ability to close appointments professionally

·Must have a resilient attitude, and want to turn a No into a Yes

·Most importantly, must have a sympathetic attitude with the ability to build rapport and confidence with customers

·Willingness to learn, and develop your knowledge of the industry

What we offer in return;

·Full product training, followed by a structured training programme

·Hours of work are normally Monday to Friday 0900 to 1630 (Full time 35 hours per week).

·In return, we are offering a basic rate of £7 per hour, with a strong commission package with on target earnings of (OTE) £22K

Ideally you will have experience as a telesales advisor, telesales consultant, account manager, telesales representative, B2B, B2C, outbound call centre agent, outbound sales advisor, telemarketing or B2B Sales and looking for a new challenge.

On offer is a generous basic salary of up to £16,000 with fantastic earning potential. This commission is uncapped and our elite telesales executives are earning £40,000+.

Normal working hours are Monday to Thursday 10.30am - 8.00pm and Friday or Saturday 10am to 4.30pm.

Located in Newcastle Under Lyme, Staffordshire - this role is commutable from Stoke, Kidsgrove, Alsager and Sandyford.
