In this key role the successful candidate will be responsible for -

" Day to day Telecoms customer support, Telecoms projects co-ordination, administration, order processing and provisioning of Lines, ADSL. MPLS, Data Circuits, VOIP and SIP Technical Projects and additional works.
" Provide Customer support and technical support throughout the order process.

This will also involve -

* Dealing with customers' orders and support issues from start to finish by e-mail and phone

To be considered for this role you will have competent level of presentation, communications and planning skills. Hold an IRSE Testing Manager licence (2.3.295) as well as PTS Card and IWA or COSS certification.

You will also need to have experience of testing communications systems such as:
