Key Responsibilities of a Support Worker will include:

- Following an agreed plan of care and support.

- To assist in the development and promotion of a variety of activities for the service user.

- To support the service user in accessing community services to meet their needs.

Essential Support Worker Specifications:

- Experience of working in a care or support role. (Please note people with voluntary or personal experience will be considered)

- A passion for providing a high level of care and support to adults with learning disabilities

Desirable Support Worker Specifications:

- NVQ Level 2 / 3 / 4 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.

- Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities.

- Experience of working with individuals with challenging behavior / complex needs.

- Full UK driving licence.
