They are currently supporting the clients at Hazelgrove to recruit a Deputy Manager for their Learning Disability Registered Home in the New Milton area.

The successful candidate will be able to work in partnership with the clients to enable them to develop their independence skills and to make choices about how they live their lives.

The home is currently registered with the Care Quality Commission so knowledge of the essential standards of quality and safety is a must, as is an understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and positive risk management.
