£18000 - £20,000 depending on experience

This is hands on retail management role and you will be responsible for:

Stock control

Merchandising autonomy

Staff recruitment and training

Managing labour costs

Minimising shrinkage

You will be working in a fast paced, exciting and challenging retail environment where there is always too much to do and not enough time.
