- Experience of selling capital equipment projects with a sales value of between £30k and £200k
- Excellent inter-personal skills and an understanding of how to develop and negotiate contracts for engineered products where some bespoke design is required.
- Some understanding of engineering and installation issues.
- Ability to develop good relationships with local farmers, landowners and small business owners. (Note this can require some out-of-hours involvement to fit in with customer availability).
