Previous experience working in a retail-based Finance role or an Accountancy firm is essential for this role. The ability to talk confidently about loss prevention and data analysis will be crucial to this role. You'll need to proactively identify commercial opportunities to improve or enhance commercial results and use your industry knowledge to stay abreast of competitor activity.

Your ability to communicate effectively will help you play an active role in contributing to and influencing commercial decisions through the range change process, driving the awareness of stockloss through the various business functions.

You'll need to be a proficient user of SAP and Excel to analyse stockloss data from our stores and proactively identify emerging trends and relevant data. Your ability to solve problems and make decision based on factual information and evidence will help you work with others to resolve issues promptly.

About the role

In addition to this you will have proven experience of designing and implementing customer segmentation models to deliver targeted communications and experience to deliver retention and upgrade targets, as well as an understanding of the consumer psychology behind loyalty, and an ability to identify the key drivers of account losses and create winning strategies and plans to improve customer segmentation. You must also have excellent communication skills with an ability to present and report to a wider stakeholder network.
