One of the UK’s leading independent professional services companies is currently looking to recruit an accomplished PR professional as National PR Manager. Based out of the London office and working closely alongside the National Head of PR, you would be tasked with developing and supporting the company’s strategic PR plans.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact within a forward-thinking market leading business. As an integral part of the National Marketing team, you would support PR plans across the business, creating high calibre press releases, articles and award submissions, providing input into thought leadership programmes, supporting activities around corporate reputation and crisis communications as required, plus supporting business development programmes.

You would be expected to develop strong relationships with key journalists as well as company spokespeople, and will also work with the Online Manager to ensure the company website and social media platforms are used to support all public relations. You will monitor and measure all PR activities to ensure all PR objectives are consistently met.

You will be based out of the company’s London office however regular national travel will be required in the role.

The ideal candidate will be a highly intelligent, experienced and commercially-minded PR professional. Agency or in-house experience will both be considered, however you must be able to demonstrate a keen interest in and understanding of the professional or financial services industries. CIPR qualification will also be required.

You will be a creative and well organised individual with excellent communication skills, with particularly strong copywriting and editing skills, plus excellent attention to detail. You must have experience prioritising a varied workload and working to deadline.
