* Preparing medical records 'bundles' for solicitors and experts and others
* Co-ordinating and managing work pipelines for external consultants

Required Qualifications/Training:

* GCSE English & maths at Grade C or above, or equivalent

Required Attributes:

* Experience of dealing with customers on the telephone
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word and Outlook
* Excellent standard of written and spoken English
* Ability to maintain client confidentiality at all times
* Ability to deal with high volumes of work and manage conflicting priorities

Desired Attributes:

* Experience in either a ward clerk or medical records administrator/assistant role

* 8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am to 5pm Friday
* 20 days holiday per annum, plus bank holidays. In addition, the office is closed between Christmas and New Year and you will not be required to use your holiday allowance for this period.
