Reporting to the MCS Delivery Manager, the successful applicant will predominantly assist in completing routine data administration tasks, answering client queries (via phone and email) regarding products and the certification process, scheme administration and meeting management. Responsibilities and Duties of our new Senior Helpdesk Advisor include:

- Responding to helpdesk enquiries (20-30% of time on the phone and 20% responding to emails)

- Being the main point of contact for any escalated enquires

- Resolve or appropriately refer enquiries and requests from the client

- Processing and resolving enquires within the agreed timescales

- Development of internal team processes

- Data administration on a weekly basis involving gathering and collating data on registered installation companies and products

- Reporting to senior team members around meeting internal Service Level Agreements

- MCS Database management

- Industry Meeting Management

- Administrative support, including; drafting correspondence; document processing, and other ad hoc duties as required

Our new Senior Helpdesk Advisor should possess proven administrative and customer service experience, including demonstrable experience in the following areas:

- Exceptional Client focus

- Professional and personable telephone etiquette

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Experience of working as part of a team with exceptional interpersonal skills

- Ability to use initiative and to manage workload independently
