Marketing & Business Development Assistant Requirements:

Job Role:

Reporting to the technical director you will be part of a team supporting a software project for a large client. The project is entering a new phase which will involve the analysis of user requirements from a wide range of business units.

Supported by a project manager you will become involved with: requirements gathering, business process analysis and user interface definition which will ultimately define the core functionality of the product.

Regular client contact will also be required as part of the role.

The suitable candidate:

You may be a recent graduate in a Computing discipline or similar with a keen interest and some experience in Business Analysis or Project Management - this may have been gained via your own projects or possibly through an industrial placement year.

Alternatively you may have already started your business analysis career and are now looking for your next move.

In both cases a technical appreciation of the software development lifecycle and programming languages would be useful as would be any formal project/programme management ability.

As this role is client facing you will also need to have first rate stakeholder management skills.
