Production Operators
The Opportunity – Being part of a great team responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our plant which includes extrusion, extraction, winding and mixing techniques to manufacture our product. Basic maintenance of our machinery and the use of Lean manufacturing tools such as 5S/TPM/Kaizen are also an important factor in producing the highest quality product.

The Person – Ideally the successful candidates should have experience in a continuous production environment, perhaps in extrusion or winding equipment. However, knowledge and skills from alternative manufacturing will not be ruled out. Hours of work – A 12 hour continental shift pattern consisting of both day and night patterns.

Engineering Department
The Opportunities – Both positions will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance across the site, which will also include facilities and processing plant support.

A major commercial laundry business, requires a full time Engineer based in Chelmsford, Essex to work as part of a team responsible for the upkeep of their plant machinery. Ideally you will be familiar with laundry machinery with a good all round engineering background including both electrical and mechanical expertise.

As an Engineer you duties will include:

• Work flexibly and as part of a team to ensure that 24/7 shift cover is available.

• Maintaining and adhering to Health and Safety standards, working with a duty of care and consideration to self, colleagues and the company.

• Must be based within easy reach of the site in Chelmsford, Essex.
