You’ll also be expected to plan live webinar course calendars, administer third party agreements for writing and training engagements and creating lesson plans for each course.

You’ll be working with Managers in their other international offices to make sure they're continually improving their processes, sharing their content and applying best practices.

The candidate they're looking for will have worked in a similar role encompassing leadership and management of third-party education contractors, internal trainers and train-the-trainer services. You’ll also have proven success in building strong customer relationships. You’ll have knowledge of accounting software, preferably Software as a Service (Saas), along with experience of applications software, including desktop productivity platforms like Google Apps or Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of client relationship management (CRM). It’s essential that you’re an excellent communicator with strong presentation skills and that you’re a creative thinker who’s always ready to test new ideas. You should be an accountant, or have previous accounting industry experience, as well as being up to date on current technology trends for learning and development.
