Job Purpose

You will have overall responsibility for the management and development of the Disability and Health Team and report to the Regional Manager and other Company Managers on key performance metrics. Essential Criteria


• Previous experience of managing a team within the Welfare to Work, Skills (or similar) sectors.

• Experience of delivering specialist employment programmes for customers with Disabilities, health and employment problems.

• Highly developed inter-personal, communication and motivational skills

• Driven and ability to work in a fast paced environment with a proven track record of achieving desired outcomes and a demonstrated ability to exceed targets

• Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with Managers and Senior Managers

• Excellent IT skills using the full range of Microsoft Office and Excel

• The ability to manage sound work processes and controls

• Highly developed planning, coordination, administration, organisational and time management skills

• Demonstrates sound judgment and composure and the confidence to provide feedback

• Reliable, dependable and committed holding personal values suitable to the charitable status of the organisation.

• Ability to travel to different locations and other stakeholder settings
