THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate would have:

• At least 7 years working experience within a relevant Building Services Design Consultancy
• A minimum of HNC/HND in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (Mechanical Bias)
• Experience of managing the complete life cycle of company projects from inception to completion including costing, design development, surveys, chairing client and design briefs and assist with on site design queries with relevant contractors.
• Experience in residential, commercial, student accommodation or mixed used developments would be advantageous but not essential
• Low Carbon Energy Assessor, Low Carbon Consultant or Code for Sustainable Homes qualifications would also be advantageous but not essential
