Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to our client so it goes without saying that you will be expected to support effective customer focussed operations.

The successful candidate will ideally hold a HNC/D in Building Services (or equivalent) and will have previous experience of the supervision of contractors within a construction environment. You must have up to date knowledge of construction or property maintenance, ideally within a social housing setting, along with experience in large scale property improvement programmes.

You should be skilled in both the design and specification of building improvements along with health and safety issues. With the skills to influence, negotiate and deal with any conflicts as the situations arise, you will be a strong communicator who is able to work with a diverse range of customers.

You will be required to travel as part of this role using your own transport, which must be insured for business use.
