Deputy Manager (RGN)

My client requires a Registered General Nurse to work as a Deputy Manager for their privately owned care home providing nursing for up to 60 elderly residents, some with dementia in the Bristol area.

You will assist the Home Manager in the planning, directing and delivery of high quality person centred care. You will ensure the quality of service meers the national minimum standards, CQC standards as well as following the company's internal policies and procedures. In addition to this you will be required to undertake staff reviews, team meetings and you will deputise in the absence of the Home Manager.

In order to be put forward for the position you will be a Qualified Registered Nurse (RGN) and be registered with the NMC. You will need excellent clinical skills combined with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

This is a full time position consisting of mixed shift patterns which include earlies, lates, nights and weekends. What you'll need to join our Social Work Team

Experience in planning activities and programmes for children, young people and parents.
