• Must have technical competence in Six Sigma tools and skills including statistical, analytical, team leadership, and influencing skills.
• Understand and leverage the synergy between Black Belt and Lean tool sets.
• The candidate will have demonstrated competency in leading small teams where no reporting authority exists.
• The candidate should be strongly goal oriented, and have had exposure in working with all levels of the organisation.
• The candidate should have strong presentation skills, and be able to effectively present to both small and large groups.
• Above all, the candidate must have a passion for improvement and a distain for mediocrity.
